Kim Palmer's Story
Kim Palmer is a visionary entrepreneur and digital education pioneer dedicated to transforming communities through technology and faith. As the founder and CEO of On The Ball College, she has empowered thousands of South African youth and women with future-focused ICT skills, ethical leadership, and confidence to thrive in today’s digital economy.
For over 20 years, Kim has built a business that reflects her deep spiritual values, unwavering integrity, and belief in servant leadership. She has been honoured with several awards, including InspiringFifty Africa, Mail & Guardian Women Changing SA in STEM, and the Cape Times KPMG Business Personality of the Year Editors Award.
Kim is not only an award-winning businesswoman but also a committed mentor, speaker, and radio host. Through her teaching network, Godly Principles in Business and Life on Radio Disa, she equips others with the tools to steward their purpose well and lead with compassion, excellence, and faith.
