Day 1: See People, Not Just Tasks

Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:11 – “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”

Reflection:

Leadership is more than ticking off tasks. God calls us to build lives, not just complete projects. Look beyond the to-do list and see the person behind the role.

Declaration:

I will encourage and build others, not just chase results.

Reflection Question:

Who can I encourage today beyond their work performance?

Day 2: Multiplying Through Mentorship

Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:2 – “Entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

Reflection:

True leadership multiplies. What you pour into people today carries on to the next generation. Mentorship is the key to legacy.

Declaration:

I will mentor others with the wisdom God has given me.

Reflection Question:

Who can I intentionally mentor this week?

Day 3: Building at Home

Scripture: Proverbs 22:6 – “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”

Reflection:

Building people starts in the home. As parents, spouses, or friends, we are shaping lives every day. What we sow in our loved ones becomes part of their future.

Declaration:

I will invest in my family’s growth, not just household routines.

Reflection Question:

What values am I instilling in those closest to me?

Day 4: Projects End, People Remain

Scripture: Ephesians 4:12 – “To equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”

Reflection:

Every project will one day finish, but the people you equip will continue God’s work long after. When we invest in people, we invest in eternity.

Declaration:

I will prioritise equipping people above completing tasks.

Reflection Question: What eternal investments am I making in others today?

Dag 1: Sien Mense, Nie Net Take Nie

Skrif: 1 Tessalonisense 5:11 – “Bemoedig mekaar dan en bou die een die ander, soos julle ook doen.”

Oordenking:

Leierskap is meer as om take af te merk. God roep ons om lewens te bou, nie net projekte te voltooi nie. Kyk verby die lys en sien die persoon agter die rol.

Verklaring:

Ek sal ander bemoedig en bou, nie net resultate jaag nie.

Oordenkingsvraag:

Wie kan ek vandag bemoedig buite hul werksprestasie?

Dag 2: Vermenigvuldig Deur Mentorskap

Skrif: 2 Timoteus 2:2 – “Vertrou toe aan betroubare mense wat ook bekwaam sal wees om ander te leer.”

Oordenking:

Ware leierskap vermenigvuldig. Wat jy vandag in mense belê, dra oor na die volgende generasie. Mentorskap is die sleutel tot ’n nalatenskap.

Verklaring:

Ek sal ander mentor met die wysheid wat God my gegee het.

Oordenkingsvraag:

Wie kan ek hierdie week doelbewus mentor?

Dag 3: Bou by die Huis

Skrif: Spreuke 22:6 – “Lei die seun op in die weg wat hy moet gaan; en as hy oud geword het, sal hy nie daarvan afwyk nie.”

Oordenking:

Om mense te bou begin by die huis. As ouers, eggenote of vriende vorm ons elke dag lewens. Wat ons saai in ons geliefdes, word deel van hul toekoms.

Verklaring:

Ek sal in my gesin se groei belê, nie net in huishoudelike roetines nie.

Oordenkingsvraag:

Watter waardes plant ek in diegene naaste aan my?

Dag 4: Projekte Eindig, Mense Bly

Skrif: Efesiërs 4:12 – “Om die heiliges toe te rus vir hulle dienswerk, om die liggaam van Christus op te bou.”

Oordenking:

Elke projek sal eendag klaarkom, maar die mense wat jy toerus, sal God se werk lank daarna voortsit. Wanneer ons in mense belê, belê ons in ewigheid.

Verklaring:

Ek sal prioriteit gee aan die toerusting van mense bo die voltooiing van take.

Oordenkingsvraag:

Watter ewige beleggings maak ek vandag in ander?
