Scripture: Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”

Reflection:

God reminds us that our strength is not found in what we can do on our own, but in Him. When we feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure, He invites us to place our hope in Him. As we slow down and rest in His presence, He renews us, spirit, mind, and body.

Reflective Questions:

1. What area of your life needs renewal from God today?

2. Where have you been relying on your own strength instead of God’s?

3. How can you create more moments of rest in God’s presence this week?

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for being my source of strength. Renew my heart today and help me to walk in Your peace. Amen.

God herinner ons dat ware krag nie uit ons eie inspanning kom nie, maar uit Hom. Wanneer ons moeg, oorweldig of onseker voel, nooi Hy ons om ons hoop in Hom te plaas. As ons stil word voor Hom, vernuwe Hy ons – gees, verstand en liggaam.
