This 5-day devotional is designed to help you work intentionally through inner
growth, spiritual alignment, and leadership clarity. Each day builds on the next,
guiding you to strengthen your inner foundation so that your outer work becomes
sustainable and God-led.
Day 1: Regrowth Begins Within
Scripture:
Luke 6:43–45
Reflection:
Before God grows what is in your hands, He works on what is in your heart. Your
decisions, leadership style, and outcomes flow from what is stored within you.
Reflection Question:
Ask yourself today: What is shaping my heart
Prayer:
Lord, search my heart and align it with Your will. Help me grow from the inside
out. Amen
Day 2: Identity – Who God Created You to Be
Scripture:
Psalm 139:14
Reflection:
You are not an accident. God designed you with intention and purpose.
Leadership becomes lighter when you stop striving to be someone else and
embrace who God made you to be.
Reflection Question:
Where have I been comparing instead of accepting God’s design for my life.
Prayer:
Father, help me embrace my identity in You and walk confidently in who You
created me to be. Amen.
Day 3: Gifting – Discovering How God Wired You
Scripture:
1 Corinthians 12:4
Reflection:
God gives gifts not for status, but for service. Understanding your spiritual gifts
brings clarity, focus, and sustainability in your work and leadership.
Action Step:
Take time today to reflect on your strengths or complete a gifts assessment:
Prayer:
Lord, reveal the gifts You have placed within me and teach me how to steward
them well. Amen.
Day 4: Intentional Growth – Aligning Your Steps
Scripture:
Proverbs 4:26
Reflection:
Growth does not happen by accident. Intentional progress requires clarity,
discipline, and commitment. When your steps align with God’s wisdom, progress
becomes purposeful.
Reflection Question:
What is one habit I need to stop and one I need to start.
Reflection:
Personality influences how you think, communicate, make decisions, and lead
others. Understanding your personality helps you lead with wisdom, empathy,
and intention.

Proverbs 16:3
Reflection:
True progress happens when we commit our plans to the Lord. This final day is
about surrender, trust, and moving forward with confidence
Declaration:
"This year, I commit my growth to the Lord. I will grow intentionally and
purposefully."
Prayer:
Father, I commit my plans, growth, and future to You. Lead me as I move forward
with intention. Amen

Dag 2: Identiteit – Wie God Jou Geskep Het Om Te Wees
Skrif:
Psalm 139:14
Oordenking:
Jy is nie ’n toeval nie. God het jou met doel en bedoeling geskep. Leierskap raak
ligter wanneer jy ophou om iemand anders te probeer wees en begin leef in wie
God jou gemaak het.
Refleksievraag:
Waar het ek myself vergelyk met ander, eerder as om God se ontwerp vir my
lewe te aanvaar
Gebed:
Vader, help my om my identiteit in U te aanvaar en met selfvertroue te wandel in
wie U my geskep het om te wees. Amen.
Dag 3: Gawes – Ontdek Hoe God Jou Bedraad Het

1 Korintiërs 12:4
Oordenking:
God gee gawes nie vir status nie, maar vir diens. Wanneer jy jou geestelike
gawes verstaan, bring dit duidelikheid, fokus en volhoubaarheid in jou werk en
leierskap.

dissipline en toewyding.

Watter een gewoonte moet ek staak, en watter een moet ek begin?

Persoonlikheid beïnvloed hoe jy dink, kommunikeer, besluite neem en ander lei.

“Hierdie jaar wy ek my groei aan die Here toe. Ek sal doelbewus en met
bedoeling groei.”
